Soul Food

Come along every Wednesday, 12pm - 1pm at CCCM during the school term for some food, friendship and a short bible reading.

Soul Food is back for 2025! Our first event will be on Wednesday, 5th February between 12pm - 1pm. Come join us!

Join us every Wednesday during the school term at St Mark’s Lutheran Church for Soul Food, a welcoming community event hosted by CCCM. From 12pm to 1pm, we offer a nice warm bowl of soup, some fresh bread, and a short Bible reading to nourish both your body and soul!

What to Expect:

Free Soup and Bread - we rotate different flavours of soup (and sometimes some other food items depending on availability)
Friendship - space to connect with others in a friendly and relaxed environment. It's a time full of conversation, fellowship and camaraderie.
Bible Reading - we begin our session with a short passage from the Bible, offering spiritual nourishment and inspiration.

Anyone and everyone are welcome! Whether you’re looking for a meal, companionship, or spiritual reflection, Soul Food is open to all members of the community.

Why Attend Soul Food?

Soul Food is more than just a meal. It’s an opportunity to build connections, find support, and experience a sense of belonging. Join us each week to share in the warmth and fellowship that Soul Food provides.
